this is probably one of the best Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu gyms in Newark, New Jersey. great teacher, great environment, and overall great vibes. i’ve been training here for about a year now, and i highly reccomend this gym if you’re interested in training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. what makes this gym special is not only the teaching, but it’s the personality of the professor and the students around you which make you feel at home.

I’ve trained at a few different jiu-jitsu gyms in the area, but this academy is the one that truly stood out to me. From the moment I started here, I felt welcomed and supported. Fantastic!!! I am grateful for everything Priscila and Ray have been doing in Jiu-Jitsu. They have always supported my daughter, who has been there for over 3 years. Before, she faced bullying at school, was overweight due to emotional damage, and today she is physically and emotionally strong, winning medals and surpassing herself every day.
